The Meta Gym Studios’ open gym model means you can pre-book as many or as few sessions as you want. Each session lasts for one hour, and you can book multiple in one go to plan ahead.

It’s not always as simple as getting stuck into your workout and sometimes you need an expert to help you structure your valuable gym time to effectively hit your targets. Our personal training service by MoFitness360 is there to guide you so that you maximize your time and functionality, using the most appropriate equipment in a way that works for you and your body.
You can choose an introductory 90-minute fitness assessment to get you started, or you can block-book six or 12 sessions to keep you motivated and confident, knowing that your time is well spent. These exclusive sessions provide 1 on 1 fitness coaching that can be booked up to 30 days in advance, and permit you to bring one guest along to the workout.
